You can now enjoy Chef Walden’s delicious dishes at HOME!

Each week Chef will create an incredible, from-scratch menu for you to enjoy at home Wednesday through Saturday. Order online and pick up between 3pm and 7pm. First come, first served with limited oh-so-fresh quantities.

Here’s this week’s menu:

Appetizers

  • Delicious Cream of Asparagus Soup with a touch of Sherry – $8 per pint
  • Truffled Deviled Eggs: 6 Farm Fresh Eggs, Truffle Essence, Espellette Pepper, White Truffle Salt – $10
  • Cavatappi and Cheese: Tillamook, Gruyere, and Havarti Mornay Sauce, Country Ham “Bacon” – $10 per pint
  • A “just ripe” Avocado: Argentinean Shrimp, Grapefruit, Citrusy Vanilla Vinaigrette, Radish – $16
  • Large Argentinean Red Shrimps: Old Bay and Cocktail Sauce – $19 per pound

Main Course Selections

  • “Willy’s” Southern Fried Chicken: Breast, Leg, and Thigh, Pimento Cheese, Pickles, Angel Flake Biscuit, Freshly Pickled Beets, Whipped Potatoes with Gravy – $16
  • Bangkok Thai Basil Chicken: Jasmine Rice and Pickled Cucumbers **spicy upon request – $16.95
  • Shepherd’s Pie as in Killarney: Savory Beef and Lamb, Peas and Carrots, Irish Champs, Rich Brown Gravy – $18
